The UK Logistics Fund Unit Trust was established in March 2006 and is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a very private unit trust. It is intended to make an application to the Commission for conversion to an expert fund. The Trust's principal investment is in The UK Logistics Limited Partnership which is a market leading distribution warehouse Fund established in 2005. The Fund offers:

- Long average unexpired lease term of 14.6 years
- Target distribution yield in excess of 5.0%
- Average unit of investment assets, by capital value £26.6m, by size 290,000ft²
- Low management fees of 30 basis points p.a. plus performance related fee
